This is a mouthwatering Passion fruit glaze that gives extra texture, flavour and appearance to your cheesecake.
Use the Berry no-bake Cheesecake recipe and substitute the Origin Berries Flavour with Origin Passion Fruit Flavour to make a delicious Passion fruit cheesecake.
Origin Passion Fruit Glaze
A delicious sparkling, sweet and tangy Passionfruit glaze for a cheesecake
Equipment
- Small microwave-safe bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tub Passion fruit pulp 115grams
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Gelatine
- 60 ml Origin Passion Fruit Flavour
Instructions
- In a small microwave-safe bowl or cup, mix the gelatine, passion fruit pulp and Origin Flavour of your choice and set aside to bloom for 5 minutes.
- Place the small bowl of bloomed gelatine in the microwave for 15 second intervals, stirring in between each, until fully melted.
- Let it cool down to almost room temperature and pour on top of the Cheesecake.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
