REFUND POLICY
Refund:
Product reimbursement is subject to the condition of return.
All products being returned must be in Full-Unopened condition.
A credit will only be issued after the returned product has been inventoried and inspected, and is in a good re-sellable condition.
We cannot issue credit for an expired product.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Where goods are ordered and have to be sent to you or anyone else, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds merely because there were delays outside our control in the delivery thereof by the delivery service provider.
Once we have accepted a return and approved a refund, you will receive the refund in the form of your checkout method.
Please allow for up to 15 working days, on agreement of refund, for the amount to reflect on your account.
Conditions for Returns:
For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are not opened
The goods are not expired
Any product arriving as such will be refused and not refunded.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product to ensure the product/s arrives intact.
Kindly note that products that are damaged during transit due to poor packaging will not be accepted and the return will be rejected.
We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product. The customer may select their shipping carrier, as shipping charges will be their responsibility.
We do not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our address.
At Our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us.

We as Origin Flavour cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
You are responsible for the cost of returning products to us unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective in transit.
You are also responsible for insuring all returns as we might claim against you should damages be sustained.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Please ensure to pack and seal your return securely to prevent possible damage while in transit.
Cancellation or change of order:
Any change in order including cancellations must be communicated to us within 24 hours of order placement and before shipping(whichever comes first).
For cancellations and order change, a 10% handling fee will be applicable for the first 24 hours after the placement of the order and before shipping. Thereafter and before shipping a 20% handling fee will be applicable. This may change to our sole discretion.
Incorrect goods:
If we delivered the incorrect goods, the customer must inform us within 24 hours of receipt of said goods. The goods must be unopened and in their original packaging. We will either refund the customer their money or exchange it for the correct product.
Damaged goods:
If your order/product is damaged upon delivery, please send us an image of the damaged product (we will arrange for collection for our account).
Please note that should an item arrive damaged or items are missing from your order you have 24 hours from point of receipt to make us aware of this.
