Simple Syrup
A easy to make sugar syrup that you can use to add sweetness to cocktails and drinks without having to dissolve sugar
Equipment
- Small pot
- Stove
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar White
- 1 Cup Water
Instructions
- Add water to a small pot and let it come to a boil
- Add sugar to boiling water and stir to dissolve the sugar
- Turn off heat
- When sugar is dissolved, let cool to room temperature
- Store in an airtight jar
Notes
Simple syrup can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 weeks
