At Origin Flavour, we take pride in supplying high-quality health supplements and wellness products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of health supplements and ingestible products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • The item was delivered damaged
  • The wrong product was supplied
  • The item is defective
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products without original seals intact
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless defective)

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email us at info@originflavour.co.za within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number.
  3. Attach clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging
    • The shipping label

Once reviewed, we will either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.

  1. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

We reserve the right to decline refunds if returned items do not meet our policy conditions.

  1. Restocking Fee for Customer Purchase Errors

If a customer purchases a product in error (for example, selecting the wrong item, flavour, size, or quantity), and the return:

  • Meets all eligibility requirements
  • Is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition
  • Is returned within 7 days of delivery

A R30 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers handling, inspection, payment processing, and administrative costs.

Restocking fees do not apply if the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item supplied by Origin Flavour.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked courier service. Origin Flavour is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  1. Non-Delivery or Courier Issues

If your parcel has not arrived, please allow standard courier timeframes.

If delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact us and we will assist with tracking.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • External courier delays beyond our control
  1. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under this returns policy.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

  1. Consumer Protection Compliance (South Africa)

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under South African law.

  1. No Refunds for Supplement Reactions or Individual Sensitivity

Health supplements may affect individuals differently depending on medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, lifestyle factors, or dosage usage.

Origin Flavour does not offer refunds or returns based on:

  • Individual intolerance or sensitivity
  • Allergic reactions
  • Side effects
  • Perceived lack of results
  • Taste preference
  • Personal dislike of a product

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reading all ingredient lists before purchase
  • Consulting a healthcare professional if pregnant, nursing, on medication, or managing a medical condition
  • Following recommended dosage instructions

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider prior to starting any new supplement.

If you believe a product is defective (for example, contamination, unusual smell, or visible damage), please contact us immediately for investigation.
