  1. Orders and Contract

An order constitutes an offer by you to purchase goods from Origin Flavour. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email.

  1. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are in South African Rands and include any applicable taxes. Payments may be made using the methods available at checkout. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order.

By using our website and purchasing goods, you consent to receive electronic communications from Origin Flavour, including order confirmations and service notices.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  1. Returns and Refunds

9.1 Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of health supplements and ingestible products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.

You may request a return if:

  • The item was delivered damaged
  • The wrong product was supplied
  • The item is defective
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products without original seals intact
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Note that under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act and Consumer Protection Act, South African consumers have certain return rights; this policy is drafted to comply with those requirements where applicable.

9.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at info@originflavour.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the product or issue a refund, depending on stock and suitability.

9.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9.4 Restocking Fee for Customer Purchase Errors

If a customer buys a product in error (e.g. wrong item, flavour, size), and the return meets eligibility (unopened, unused, original seal), a R30 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee does not apply when the return is due to an incorrect or defective item supplied by Origin Flavour.

9.5 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a tracked courier service. Origin Flavour is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

9.6 No Refunds for Supplement Reactions or Individual Sensitivity

Supplements may affect individuals differently. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Allergic reactions
  • Intolerance or side effects
  • Personal preference or perceived lack of results

Customers should consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement and review all ingredient information prior to purchase.

  1. Consumer Protection Compliance

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable South African consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, where they apply.
